1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing https://www.assignmenthelp4u.com or using any services provided by AssignmentHelp4U, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Nature of Service
AssignmentHelp4U provides academic assistance and reference material only. The work delivered is intended to serve as:
- A model answer or structural reference for your own work
- A study aid to help you understand the subject matter
- Research support to help you identify relevant sources and arguments
The delivered work must not be submitted directly to any educational institution as your own original work without substantial revision, except where expressly permitted by your institution's policies. We encourage academic integrity and responsible use of our services.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you confirm that you are 18 years old or older. If you are under 18, you must not use our services.
4. Ordering and Payment
- Orders are placed via WhatsApp or email and are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
- Pricing is determined by subject, complexity, word count, and deadline. A quote will be provided before payment is requested.
- Payment must be made in full or as agreed (e.g., deposit + final payment) before work begins unless otherwise arranged.
- We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and other agreed methods. All prices are in INR unless otherwise stated.
5. Deadlines and Delivery
We commit to delivering your assignment by the agreed deadline. In the unlikely event of a delay caused by circumstances on our end, we will notify you immediately and work to deliver the work as quickly as possible. We do not accept liability for delays caused by late submission of requirements or incomplete information from the client.
6. Revisions Policy
We offer free revisions within 7 days of delivery, provided that the revision request is consistent with the original requirements submitted. Revisions that constitute a change in scope (e.g., a completely new topic, doubled word count, or new instructions not provided originally) may be subject to additional charges.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- We failed to deliver the work by the agreed deadline without prior notice.
- The delivered work significantly deviates from the original requirements and cannot be corrected through revisions.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are not issued for orders where the requirements were changed after work commenced, or where the client has already submitted the work. All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of AssignmentHelp4U.
8. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive licence to use the delivered work as a personal reference document. AssignmentHelp4U retains the right to use anonymised, non-identifiable versions of delivered work for quality assurance and training purposes. We do not resell individual client work.
9. Confidentiality
We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. We will never disclose your personal details, assignment information, or university name to any third party except where required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
10. Limitation of Liability
AssignmentHelp4U provides academic reference material. We are not liable for any academic penalties, disciplinary actions, or consequences arising from the client's decision to submit our work as their own in violation of their institution's academic integrity policies. The client accepts full responsibility for how they choose to use the delivered material.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
